These terms cover your use of JobHunt Xpert. By using the app, you agree to them.

What you get

A one-time payment of €39.99 grants a lifetime license to use JobHunt Xpert for personal job-search tracking, including core features and reasonable future updates to those core features, for as long as the product is operated. It is not a subscription and does not recur.

Acceptable use

JobHunt Xpert is intended for individual, personal use tracking your own job search. Please don't use it to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell/redistribute access to your account.

No warranty

JobHunt Xpert is provided "as is." As a small, independently-run product, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reasonable effort is made to keep your data safe and the app working, but it is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including from data loss — export your data regularly if it's important to you.

Changes to the service or these terms

Features may be added, changed, or occasionally removed as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending access

You can stop using the app and delete your account and data at any time from the user menu. If a refund is issued (see the Refund policy), access is revoked.
